Our New Studio Space
There are no words to describe the ups and downs the past 18 months or so have served-up to us all. Despite hardships and losses, we’ve found wonderful silver linings too, immersed in time to reflect, and dug deep to create new approaches for cultivating gratitude, joy, resilience, balance and strength inside and out. For EVOLVE it has meant thinking deeply about our purpose, our mission and our why. Also, we made a physical move from downtown to the creative, vibrant West End and it feels more like home than we could've imagined!
We’re grateful for the opportunity to move forward from here arm-in-arm with like minded locally-owned, independent businesses that have also re-committed to their vision, coming through these unprecedented times. Together, we're ready to press forward and kick-off a new chapter!
Our new studio space is located at 125 Brewery Lane, Suite 6, in the West End of Portsmouth, NH. The opening of our new studio coincides with the launch of our partnership with RISE co-working, a gorgeous shared workspace that offers not only space to work, but space to dream, grow and take action on your most inspired ambitions. RISE and EVOLVE share values that propel us forward and spark our excitement about serving our clients. We believe in consistently putting in the hard work to reach your highest potential and doing whatever is possible to make that sentiment contagious. We also believe in balance and the beauty of a thoughtful space and a mindful experience.
RISE co-working offers an ecosystem like no other - space that feels uplifting and open, and is filled with palpable opportunities for those that value not only a high-powered career, but a fulfilling life. It feels like a perfect match for EVOLVE, as we launch this new chapter. Our mission is steadfast - we endeavor to provide classes that aren't just some of the most challenging, effective work-outs you've ever experienced, but also to deliver a sanctuary for you, a safe comforting space for mental/emotional and physical reset each time you take class with us. We're told the effects are profound in an immediate sense - walking out of class you'll walk taller and breathe deeper, feel stronger and prepared for navigating whatever comes your way - with purpose. But also, the results are cumulative! Our new home within RISE co-working allows us to connect with a larger community, help develop new connections and fresh perspectives on healthy enjoyable routines and accountability for what matters most when it comes to self-care for people of all ages as our busy lives evolve.
